“Come down to make your name known to your enemies and cause the nations to quake before you!” Isaiah 64:2

UN REPORT CITES SECRET NUCLEAR RESEARCH BY IRAN: The UN nuclear watchdog said Tuesday it has "serious concerns" Iran is secretly working toward building a nuclear bomb, citing documents pointing to Iranian scientists' extensive and ongoing efforts to master the technology needed for atomic weapons. "Iran has carried out activities relevant to the development of a nuclear device," the IAEA said. The agency's new report included a 14-page annex describing in minute detail how Iranian scientists pursued highly specific information, skills and materials used in nuclear warhead design. The evidence laid out in the report "is pretty overwhelming," said David Albright, a former UN nuclear inspector. The official consensus is Iran has acquired the technical means to design a nuclear weapon and would require about six months to enrich uranium to the quality needed for a bomb. (LA Times)

IRAN REFUSES TO RETREAT ON NUCLEAR ISSUE: Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad declared that Tehran will not pull back "even a needle's width" from its nuclear path, even after an incriminating UN report on its nuclear program. Ahmadinejad decried the UN nuclear watchdog's report saying it damaged the International Atomic Energy Agency's dignity and was based on "invalid" American claims. Additionally the deputy chief of Iran's armed forces warned on Wednesday that any attack by Israel would bring "destruction" of the Jewish state and that Iran's retaliation would be felt outside the Middle East as well. Brigadier General Masoud Jazayeri stressed that the Dimona reactor in Israel was "the most accessible" target, and that "our response would not be limited to the Middle East." (INN) Intercede for G-d’s wisdom, alertness and swift action to be manifested through world leaders at this growing nuclear threat to the entire planet - with Israel leading the list of most hated foes Iran is frothing at the mouth to destroy.

IRAN AGAIN LOOKS TO ALLIES IN MOSCOW AND BEIJING TO BUFFER NUCLEAR PRESSURES: For Iranian envoys at an Asian affairs summit this week in Russia, it was the ultimate dream team: The Russian prime minister and China’s premier stood shoulder to shoulder, promising to keep Western influence at bay. Iran’s leaders are now counting on the country’s two most powerful friends to remain by their side after the release of a UN report strongly supporting the reality Tehran was on the brink of having the capability to develop an atomic weapon. Russia and China, both permanent members of the UN Security Council, are once again in the position of veto-carrying gatekeepers for any Western bids to tighten sanctions on Iran. They also hold important voices of dissent against warnings of military options by Israel and others, even as the White House insists that diplomacy is still the preferred path. (Washington Post)

IRAN CONSISTENTLY WORKING TO PRODUCE ATOMIC BOMB: While the findings of the International Atomic Energy Agency's report deal with technical details and are formulated in soft diplomatic jargon, they are unequivocal. Iran has systematically and consistently been working in the past decade to produce its first atomic bomb. The report describes the full chain of Iranian actions, carried out in the dark while trying to cover up, confuse and spread disinformation throughout the world. Iran has succeeded in purchasing the knowledge, technology and designs, and in carrying out the experiments that moved it ever so close to producing a nuclear weapon. Iran has conducted experiments in miniaturizing a nuclear warhead on a Shihab missile. Unlike the IAEA's former Egyptian director general, Dr. Mohamed El Baradei, its new head, Yukiya Amano of Japan, wasn't intimidated by the pressure and threats of Iran, or of Russia and China, who tried until the last moment to prevent the publication of the report. Yet in spite of the smoking gun that's on the table for all to see, it seems that the only sanctions that could work will not be applied. (Ha'aretz)

OBAMA TO SARKOZY: FED UP WITH NETANYAHU? I DEAL WITH HIM ALL DAY: During last week's G20 summit in Cannes, a group of journalists accidentally overheard a private conversation between US President Barack Obama and French President Nicolas Sarkozy. Several French speaking journalists overheard the conversation between the two leaders over headsets that were used for simultaneous translations. The Guardian reports President Sarkozy was heard saying to Obama: "I cannot bear Netanyahu, he's a liar." Obama retorted in response: "You're fed up? But I have to deal with it all day."  AP notes, significantly, that Obama was not heard objecting to Sarkozy's characterization of Netanyahu as a "liar." Details of the conversation later appeared on a French website Arret Aur Images, and a Reuters’ source who was present confirmed it as accurate. Reuters reports the incident will cause considerable embarrassment among the leaders as they work together to pile pressure on Iran over its nuclear program. Obama has had from the onset of his US presidency an increasingly sour relationship with Netanyahu. Among other issues, he has repeatedly criticized the Israeli government's actions on its settlement building projects in disputed territories. (Digital Journal)  “There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known. What you have said in the dark will be heard in the daylight, and what you have whispered in the ear in the inner rooms will be proclaimed from the roofs.  Luke 12: 2-3

OBAMA’S LATEST SLUR AGAINST ISRAEL REVEALS US PRESIDENT’S DISDAIN AGAINST THE JEWISH STATE: Well known commentator and political activist, David Horowitz, commented harshly against US President Obama’s latest insult against Israel’s PM Netanyahu. Obama complained to French leader Sarkozy that he was “fed up” with dealing with Netanyahu every day. Sarkozy had preceded the exchange with Obama by calling Netanyahu an unbearable “liar.” Obama did nothing to deny Sarkozy’s verbal abuse of Israel’s chief leader. According to Horowitz, “Obama has done a very poor job of hiding his disdain for the State of Israel and her Prime Minister, who are on the frontline of the war against the fascist enemies of the West. The antagonism our President feels toward Israel is self-evident and disgraceful. From his call for Israel to reward aggression and retreat to the "67 lines" which would make its borders indefensible to the contempt he has shown for Netanyahu to his attack on Jewish homes in Jerusalem and his embrace of antisemitic leaders like Turkey's Erdogan, Obama has shown that he is unfit to be the leader of the free world, and a danger not only to Israel's survival but to our own.”  (David Horowitz)

OBAMA’S TRUE FACE EXPOSED: “Obama’s true face has been exposed, and his cold and dismissive policy toward the state of Israel and PM Netanyahu is now clear to all,” MK Danny Danon (Likud) said Tuesday. “Anyone who still had doubts about President Obama’s relationship to Israel is now doubtless – Obama is bad for Israel.” Danon called on Obama to apologize to Israel and Netanyahu. His call followed unfavorable statements made by Obama in a conversation with French President Nicolas Sarkozy in a leaked conversation. (INN)

McCAIN: OBAMA’S COMMENTS ON NETANYAHU REFLECT BAD ATTITUDES: Sen. John McCain said President Barack Obama’s slam of Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu into an open microphone is “indicative of the attitude and policies this administration has had towards Israel. I happen to be a great admirer of Prime Minister Netanyahu,” said McCain. “I’ve known him for years, and Israel is under more pressure and probably in more danger than they’ve been since the ’67 war and that kind of comment is not only not helpful, but indicative of some of the policies towards Israel that this administration has been part of.” Several media outlets have chronicled an incident in which reporters heard Sarkozy tell Obama, "Netanyahu, I can't stand him. He's a liar." Obama then reportedly responded: “You are sick of him, but I have to work with him every day.” (Newsmax) A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart.  For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.” Luke 6: 45

GOVERNMENT CLINTON: US WILL WORK WITH ARAB SPRING’S ISLAMIST PARTIES:  Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton declared Monday the Obama administration would work with ascendant Islamist parties of the Muslim world, answering one of the central US policy questions resulting from the Arab Spring. Delivering an address at the National Democratic Institute, Clinton offered a forthright embrace of the democratic changes enveloping North Africa and the Middle East at a time when the euphoria of the successful revolutions from Egypt to Libya is giving way to the hard and unprecedented work of creating stable democracies. After decades of partnering with dictators throughout the region, her message was that the US would approach the new political landscape with an open mind. While she reached out to the Islamist parties expected to gain power in Egypt, Tunisia and elsewhere, she said nothing about changing US policies toward Hezbollah and Hamas, which have prevailed in Lebanese and Palestinian elections but are considered foreign terrorist organizations by the US. Clinton told an audience that included former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright that after almost a year of protests and crackdowns, armed rebellion and civil war, the Arab world’s upheaval has left a jumbled mosaic of liberals and Islamists, military rulers and loose coalitions of reformers. No country appears unalterably on a path toward democratic governance, and for the people of the region and the US the stakes of long-term instability are high. (AP)
